In 2014, Oxford Institutes was founded in the heart of the historic center of Reggio di Calabria. The institute comprises two facilities located on via Barlaam (no. 9-11), just a stone’s throw away from the central station and easily accessible by buses from across the province. The administrative management can address any bureaucratic concerns, provide guidance on organizational matters, and offer information on the courses.
The operational staff of Oxford Institutes in Reggio di Calabria consists of highly qualified native-speaking teachers who hold degrees and certifications for teaching English to speakers of other languages. Our course methodology is based on that used in English colleges, where the student’s sole reference point is the native-speaking teacher, with no reliance on computers or multimedia labs. We employ flashcards, newspapers, and activities aimed at improving communicative skills (speaking and listening).
